After delivering The Lodge Bar within Myer at Chadstone Shopping Centre, TwentyThree Projects was awarded the tender for Rodd & Gunn’s James Street location in Brisbane.
The project transformed an original Queenslander into a combined retail and dining destination, combining Rodd & Gunn’s apparel offer with a refined hospitality environment.
We were tasked with complete project management, full fit-out and joinery installation across the 16-week program. The $2.3 million project required careful work within an existing character building, balancing the original structure with the detail, finish and functionality expected from a premium retail and dining experience.
